Dylan McDuffie
Dylan McDuffie is a professional football player from Buffalo, NY. He played college football for his hometown team University at Buffalo where he became one of only 10 players in program history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season. He finished his college career for the Kansas Jayhawks. He is the founder and Executive Director of Legends In The Making. He founded LITM to create opportunities for the youth of his community and whoever else may need it.

Isaiah McDuffie
Isaiah McDuffie is a professional football player from Buffalo, NY. He was drafted in the 6th round by the Green Bay Packers in the 2021 NFL Draft and has been a key member since. He is a graduate of Boston College University and he is a role model to young athletes not only in Buffalo, but across the country. Whenever he is home, he helps coach at Bennett High School with his father Steve. Isaiah is also a sponsor for a youth baseball organization in Buffalo, NY and is involved with the community heavy when it comes to giving back.

Brian Davis
A dedicated educator and head football coach at McKinley High School in Buffalo, NY. Coach Davis was a standout Division 2 running back at Edinboro University. Over the years, he has coached and mentored numerous young athletes, witnessing their journeys to college success. His passion lies in guiding kids and giving back to the community, emphasizing the importance of positive role models and multiple pathways to success. Through teaching, coaching, and community involvement, he strives to inspire greatness in every young person he encounters.

Naaman Roosevelt
Proud to call Buffalo, New York my hometown, I honed my football skills at St. Joes High School before continuing my athletic journey at the University of Buffalo as a standout wide receiver. In 2023, I was honored with induction into the prestigious UB Sports Hall of Fame, a testament to the dedication and hard work I've put into my craft. Transitioning from college to the professional ranks, I had the privilege of playing in the NFL for 11 years with the Bills, Browns, and Lions, followed by a successful stint in the CFL with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Now, as the receiver coach for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, I take immense pride in my lengthy professional football career and the accomplishment of earning my college diploma. Mentorship holds a special place in my heart, as I believe guiding the next generation is crucial in their development. Through my experiences and travels, I aim to inspire and empower young individuals to dream big and pursue their goals relentlessly.

Dominic Cook

Derek Brim
I grew up in Buffalo, NY, played football at the University at Buffalo, and earned an Electrical Engineering degree. After college, I joined the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent. Now, I'm an assistant coach at Bennett High School and work as a project engineer at National Fuel Gas Co. Giving back through coaching and mentorship is important to me. Winning a state championship as a coach at Canisius High School stands out; it was a special moment helping the next generation succeed. I believe in investing in our future and find joy in inspiring others.

Kim McDuffie

Nobles Darby
Nobles C. Darby IV, a Cleveland native and Maple Heights High School graduate, pursued a marketing career initially at Bowling Green State University before completing his Bachelor of Arts Degree at Cleveland State University. Currently, as the Metro Cleveland Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, he oversees field staff, runs sports camps, and provides character coaching for high school and professional athletes. While his NFL dreams shifted, Nobles now serves as Chaplain for the Cleveland Browns, and Co-Chaplain for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Charge, ministering to players and coaching staff. Married to Hadassah Darby since 2016, they have one child, Nobles C. Darby V. Nobles focuses on guiding coaches and athletes to discover their purpose and follow God's plan for their lives.

Melique Straker

Shawn McGee
Shawn McGee, hailing from Buffalo, New York, has a rich history in professional arena football and Canada. His standout achievements include being named the 2005 Class A Offensive Player of the Year, earning a division scholarship to Sacred Heart University, and thriving as a professional football player in Canada. For over two decades, he has successfully owned businesses, recently opening the Buffalo Kitchen Club restaurant. A strong advocate for youth mentorship, Shawn draws from his own experiences with mentors and aims to inspire young individuals by demonstrating that with determination and support, any dream is within reach.

Quian Williams
Quian Williams, hailing from Oklahoma City, excelled in various sports before playing football at Eastern Michigan University and later at the University at Buffalo, where he received notable accolades. Currently, he plays in the Indoor Football League with the Iowa Barnstormers and previously in the Canadian Football League for the Toronto Argonauts. Additionally, Quian mentors youth football players in Oklahoma City, driven by his own experiences and the importance of having mentors for guidance and learning.

Nate Lynn
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, now residing in Charlotte, NC. During my five years at the College of William and Mary, I left a mark as the 2nd all-time leader in career sacks and 1st in forced fumbles. Currently, I'm pursuing my dream of playing in the National Football League, all while using my platform to guide young Black men towards success. I strongly advocate for financial literacy and emphasize the value of long-term investments, be it financial, physical, or emotional. I believe that consistency is key to achieving greatness, and I strive to instill this belief in the youth.

A seamstress and fashion designer from Buffalo, NY, holding a degree in communication with a minor in public relations. Through my business, Customs By Simone, established in 2024, I aim to empower clients of all shapes, sizes, and colors by creating custom designs that exude beauty and confidence. Mentoring youth is close to my heart as I believe in sharing knowledge and fostering growth in the next generation. Together, we can build a better community by nurturing young minds and talents.

Rich Miller

Proud to hail from East St. Louis, Illinois, and a recent graduate of Ball State University with a business degree and a minor in psychology. My football journey spans from Division 2 at McKendree University to Division 1 at Ball State, where I achieved notable accolades like being named First Team All-GLVC and All-MAC. Currently preparing for the NFL draft, I am passionate about mentoring youth, especially in helping them recognize their voices and potential. Dreaming big is essential, and I aim to inspire young individuals to pursue their aspirations relentlessly.

Hassan Shaeed
Hassan Shaheed, 32, based in Durham, North Carolina, is a Sports Medicine Athletic Trainer, entrepreneur, and father. He owns the Food Truck 716 ERS Food. Previously, he worked with the Carolina Panthers and Miami Dolphins. Passionate about mentoring youth, especially young Black men, Hassan believes in the power of positive role models and diverse perspectives, shaped by his journey from Eastside Buffalo to success.

Douglas Hunt
Douglas Hunt, a dedicated Little League President and Coach, is known for his visionary leadership and commitment to youth sports. He also owns a Bottle Redemption Business focused on promoting recycling. Hunt created the Building Greatness Mentoring Program to empower young student athletes aged 6-16. His passion stems from his own upbringing in Buffalo, where football and mentorship shaped his life positively. Hunt's dedication to mentoring youth and rebuilding his community drives his impactful work.

Antoinette Harper, is a dermatologist, who is highly skilled and compassionate. She is a from Atlanta, GA. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Emory University, before then she was a student-athlete at the University of Southern California (USC) where she swam before earning her degree. She has a passion for mentoring young women in order to help them achieve future success.
